Zoning
The Town of Wendell has in place an ordinance regulating the of use of land. The purpose of this ordinance is to accomplish a coordinated, balanced, and harmonious development of the land within the corporate limits and ETJ (extraterritorial jurisdiction) in a manner which will best promote the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity, and general welfare of the citizens of Wendell.
